Teen Girls BJJ is where she learns real grappling without getting lost in a giant room. Small group. All classes are taught by the owners, Sensei Bill and Sensei Dave. Leverage, control, fitness, and self-defense she can use. Train karate at 6:50 and BJJ at 7:30 in the same building - one school, two arts, no extra commute.
