About Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that
emphasizes ground fighting and submission holds. It focuses on
techniques to control opponents on the ground and force them
into submission through joint locks or chokeholds.
At OSKA & Brazilian Martial Arts Center, our goal is to provide a
safe, fun, and positive learning environment for all students,
regardless of age or ability. Our comprehensive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
training curriculum prioritizes self-defense skills, physical fitness,
empowerment, and character development.
Conveniently located on Route 1 South Bound, our clean and
well-lit school is home to a welcoming and family-friendly
community of students. Our exceptional instructors, Sensei Bill
and Sensei Dave, create a positive atmosphere that helps
students succeed in their training. Our students have experienced
great results, building confidence and discipline that translates
into all aspects of their lives.
At OSKA, we believe in martial arts training that develops both
inner and outer strength. Join us to embark on a journey of
personal growth and empowerment through the practice of
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
